When I hired Mr. Allen I had a warrant out of my arrest and additional pending charges. It was a bad situation with an unlikely favorable outcome. Boy was I wrong!!!! Mr. Allen had the warrant lifted so I was no longer running. Mr. Allen discussed both of my cases with me and advised me of my rights. He negotiated with the States Attorney in both my cases and resolved my cases without any consequences to me. He has a strong personality, he is very confident with the law and the justice system. Mr. Allen is energetic and honest. The greatest thing about Mr. Allen was the respect he showed me as a human being despite the mistakes that I made. If you get in trouble call Mr. Allen. I came to Mr. Allen in 2017 for a case and he resolved the matter without issues. Again I had to return to Mr. Allen because once again I messed up with the exact same charge. I thought I was doomed. On the contrary, Mr. Allen treated me with respect and he advised me what I had to do. When i went to court he was collective yet aggressive and he ended up resolving the matter with no consequence to me or my future. He is extremely intelligent when it comes to the justice system. He knows his way around the court room and is very persuasive. I would tell anyone that is in trouble or needs any help to go to Mr. Allen.

Mr. Allen was very attentive when I first met him and he made sure to explain everything step by step. He kept me up to date as things were happening in my case. Mr. Allen did not settle or make me feel as though I had to take a plea instead always working towards how he was going to take care of my case with a positive outcome. Mr. Allen and his staff were extremely responsive, pro-active, effective, and efficient with my case. As a physician who lives out-of-state, I was shocked that there was an issue with my driver's license in Maryland, which would require a court appearance and force me to miss work to return back to Maryland. WHEW!!!
I was very worried about having to travel to maryland from New York when I had no time. Mr Allen resolved my issue without me needing to travel. It was a big relief to me and in the end everything worked out in a positive way for me. I was also impressed with the quick responses from the office staff and Mr Allen to keep me up to date. Mr. Allen Did Best Job For Me
My case was DV. Mr. Allen spent his time and did a very good job for me. He deserves the money I paid. The police lied and said I told police I hit my wife with a baton repeatedly . I did't do that. Mr. Allen showed the jury that the police did a bad job. Most members believed me. We got a hung Jury. However, I run out of money. My wife, who was labeled my victim, also had no money to support me. I decided to plea guilty. The judge did not believe me and was given a heavy sentence. Still, I think I got the best results from Mr. Allen

I went to Stephen for some advice on a child custody case. First and foremost, Stephen listens to his clients. It is so important to choose a skilled attorney when you have to face a judge. Stephen Allen has been my ultimate defense, I wouldn't bother with anyone else. I thought my life was over when I was charged with distribution of marijuana several years ago. I was terrified and overwhelmed, I didn’t know how to go about choosing a good lawyer. Luckily my father recommended I contact Stephen Allen immediately. "Just call him, he's the best" was all my dad said, and he was right. Mr. Allen educated me on my rights and how to handle police encounters. In the several cases in which he represented me, I got far better results than I expected. He always came to court with an amazingly clever defense up his sleeves. I am always shocked and pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Recently he also helped me sort out a few cases where a girl I knew in way back in high school was impersonating me she was getting shoplifting and paraphanalia citations using my name, it was an absolute nightmare. Stephen helped me prove my innocence and he gave the officer the info he needed to charge the correct person. She is in jail now where she belongs. There’s no way i would have gotten the same results in my cases without Stephen Allen. I have seen other lawyers in court, many them don’t even remember their client's name, it’s likely that sort of lawyer would miss key details about a case and lose because of it. They just don’t care about their clients as much as Stephen Allen cares. I can tell you based on my experiences that he works hard to ensure he can represent his clients the best he can. I always keep his business card handy just in case i need his help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends if they needed legal representation. He is without a doubt, very clever and is an excellent attorney.
